These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 499 tk platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the website, opening an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2.2 Account Responsibility

The member is responsible for all activity carried out through their registered account. Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported immediately to the 499 tk support team via live chat or email.

All 499 tk services are available only to persons aged 21 and above. At registration, the user confirms that they are not under 21. The platform may request supporting documents for age verification at any time.

3.1 KYC Verification

To maintain a secure environment, 499 tk may request identity verification documents in the following situations:

Another example: a deposit of ৳13,400 attracts the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳23,400 and a wagering requirement of ৳10,000 × 25 = ৳2,50,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used for betting — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are met may result in the active bonus funds being cancelled.
• Bonuses may have a time limit for use, which varies by offer.
• Multiple members from the same household or the same device are not eligible for the same bonus offer.
• If suspected bonus abuse is detected, the relevant account will be reviewed.

The following general rules apply to participation in sports betting, casino games and other activities on 499 tk:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The platform reserves the right to decline any bet, particularly those that are unusually high or appear suspicious.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499 tk platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Coordinating bets with other users (collusion).

499 tk may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.

• Prolonged account inactivity (after the defined time limit).

8.1 Account Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Subject to meeting the applicable wagering requirements, remaining funds may be withdrawn before closure.

Under the Responsible Gaming Policy, a self-exclusion request is also available, allowing members to restrict or close their account for a set period.

499 tk strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, the platform's liability is limited in the following circumstances:
